Bonuses:

Agent Closed $5M - $10M (in current calendar year) | Agent split for Agent Leads increases 5% for remainder of calendar year + following calendar year.

Agent Closed $10M+ (in current calendar year) | Agent split for Agent Leads increases 10% for remainder of calendar year + following calendar year.

MOJO LEADS

MoJo Lead | 50% to Agent | 50% to MoJo

*For all future transactions of this lead/client or any entity split will remain 50% to Agent | 50% to MoJo*

MoJo Handoff Lead | 40% to Agent | 60% to MoJo

Agent Closed 3 MoJo Leads (in current calendar year) | Agent split for Agent Leads increases 5% for remainder of calendar year + following calendar year.
